A person requesting a building permit or zoning compliance permit needs to come into the Keeler Township Hall on Wednesdays, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to make application for these permits. Permits run from $40.00 for maintenance permits to a fee for new construction that is in line with the square footage as posted in the township hall.

Allyn Anthony, Zoning Administrator, 269-424-5427 - permits are $50.00 for compliance permits and $100.00 for site plan review. Both types of permits are numbered so they cannot be mailed. The individual or contractor will have to come into the Keeler Township Hall.

Anyone not obtaining a permits before start of construction shall be subject to a post construction permit. The amount of $100.00 for post building permit plus the cost of the proper building permit. The amount of $100.00 for post zoning compliance permit plus the cost of the zoning permit. Both a zoning compliance permit and a building permit are required for any construction or repair.
